Abstract

Introduction: Auto Immune Hemolytic Anemia (AIHA) is one of the immunological diseases where erythrocytes are attacked by autoantibodies produced by the body's own immune system, so they undergo hemolysis. Signs and symptoms are jaundice, dyspnea, dark urine, and other signs such as infections, organomegalies, skin rashes, and arthralgia.

Objective: This scientific paper is to determine the effect of leocodepleted PRC transfusion administration on the ineffectiveness of peripheral perfusion in hemolytic autoimmune anemia (AIHA) patients.

Method: This research uses case studies in AIHA patients, namely by using anamnesis and routine blood level support examinations directly after administration of leocodepleted PRC transfusions

Discussion: One of the actions by providing circulatory care is to provide leocodepleted PRC transfusions for 8 days of treatment. The problem of ineffectiveness of peripheral perfusion is partially resolved characterized by the presence of an increase in levels of hemoglobin.

Conclusion: Administration of leocodepleted PRC blood transfusions in AIHA patients does not show any allergic reactions and may increase peripheral perfusion with an increase in hemoglobin levels.
